A 3D print I call "The Realisation". This sculpt was was strange experience, as it took me far less time than I normally need to create a final output that I'm happy with. In the end, I only needed around two weeks to do the sculpting, slicing, and printing. The slicing for this print is something I'm particularly happy with, as I managed to drastically reduce the print time and material used by carefully setting up the infill to only be dense around the top of the head. This was a bit precarious since the bust is naturally forward heavy, but placing this dense weight in the middle meant that he's balanced and doesn't tip over. I've included a cross-section of the cranium to show this. The final print ended up taking 2 days and 10 hours.
